About the business and the role

We are looking for a real 'closer' with a passion, urgency and drive for success!

At Next Business Energy, we believe in collaborating with our customers to ensure they have the energy products and services that best suit their needs, at the best possible price.

As part of a high performing team, this role will enable you to partner with Small to Medium business owners to help provide the best solutions for their energy needs. Most of your day will be spent in the field meeting with customers face to face in their businesses. Here you will be looking to connect, build trust and develop relationships. Business leads will be provided in a range of geographical areas with opportunities to source additional leads through development of your areas. The role includes a base salary and a generous commission structure for sales performance.

Your contribution in the role will be measured by

  • Your active participation and contribution to the success of the team
  • The number of sales you generate

To be successful you will have

  • A positive, pro-active and collaborative approach to building customer relationships
  • Excellent time management skills in a flexible and autonomous working environment
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A self-motivated and enthusiastic attitude
  • Prior sales experience in customer facing roles

Base + Comms + Super = $100K OTE
